Readyline privacy policy

Readyline: App Health Check is a Shopify app made by Readyline Software. It checks your store's public storefront for apps that will stop loading when Shopify retires script tags, and monitors your storefront for changes. This policy explains what information the app uses and why.
Information we collect
- Store details: your store's myshopify.com address, its public web address, and the store contact email, provided by Shopify when you install the app.
- Scan results: the list of apps and scripts found on your public storefront pages, and the date of each scan.
- Theme settings: read-only access to your live theme's app embed settings and layout file, used to show which app embeds are turned on and which app code is pasted into your theme. Readyline never changes your theme.
- Plan: which Readyline plan your store is on, provided by Shopify billing.
The app does not access or store any information about your customers or orders. If your storefront is password-protected and you enter the password to run a scan, it is used for that scan only and is never stored.
How we use it
- To show you scan results, fixes and scan history in the app.
- To run weekly scans and email you alerts if you're on a paid plan.
- To provide support when you contact us.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use a hosting provider to run the app and store its data, and an email delivery provider to send alert emails. They process data only to provide these services to us.
Retention and deletion
When you uninstall the app, weekly monitoring stops. Shopify then asks us to delete your store's data, and we delete all scan results, alerts and store details for your store.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about your store, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. If you're in a region with data protection laws, such as the EU or California, you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.
